We take great pride in our city, and in all it has to offer to those companies and individuals who choose to locate here. We truly are a city that offers 'Big City' amenities, but with a 'Small Town Atmosphere.' The City of Niles owns its own water and power supply, and is home to a minor league professional baseball team.
The City of Niles also boasts some of the finest shopping and entertainment in Northeastern Ohio. "Our City offers all of this, but maintains a quaint, small town atmosphere with only a negligible crime rate. I invite you to consider the City of Niles when evaluating communities for relocation or expansion."-Ralph Infante, Mayor, City of Niles
William McKinley, the 25th president of the United States, was the 7th child born to
William and Nancy Allison McKinley (of Irish and Scotch descent), on January 29, 1843
in Niles, Ohio, a town of about 300 people.
Please excuse our mess. We are making changes.
In doing so we maintained the old content to provide the residents with more of a gradual change while these changes take place.
