Department Responsibilities: The responsibility of the Billing Department is to bill the City of Niles utilities customers for electric, water, and sewer. They have approximately 13,000 customers living inside the city of Niles, as well as various areas outside the Niles city limits. These services extend to commercial and industrial areas, as well as residential. Below are the utility rates for residential areas in Niles. For commercial and industrial rates, please contact the billing office.
