Beginning Thursday October 27th, 2016 through Novemeber 17th, 2016 Franklin Ave which is located next to City Hall where drive up payments are made will be closed for construction use only.

This time period may be extended. Please keep posted to this area of any modifications to these time frames.


DROP-OFF payment box next to City Hall is closed during our construction period.  All payments must be brought inside, Mailed, or paid online.  NO payments will be accepted through the drop-off box.
